Great partnerships.
Accountable execution.
A single, confidential workspace for assigned deliverables, progress reporting, project messages, document reviews, and invoicing readiness.
Only invited, approved vendor contacts may enter a real workspace. Google or email sign-in must be verified server-side, followed by organization, project, and document authorization. This build includes a visual preview only—no real vendor data or messaging is connected.

Report a delivery risk
In production, a risk notice will notify your designated project manager and preserve an auditable time-stamped record.
Messages
Real messaging will support project-scoped recipients, attachments, timestamps, and escalation routing.
Documents
Only explicitly shared project files should appear here. Internal HR, other vendors' files, and unpublished client records remain restricted.
Protected file exchange
Real uploads require malware scanning, size controls, version history, signed short-lived downloads, and verified engagement membership.
My assigned work
Required scope discipline
Work begins only under a signed scope and named point of contact. A change request does not expand the authorized scope until approved in writing.
Invoices & expenses
Invoice checklist
Correct legal vendor name, project reference, approved scope, detailed services, dates, amount, and business purpose.
Payment governance
Expense exceptions and scope changes need written authorization. Invoice submission does not guarantee approval or immediate payment.
The partnership standard
If Konquered has not made it public, treat it as confidential. Share only through approved channels.
No work begins without a defined scope and a designated Konquered point of contact.
Document delays and risks as soon as known. Never allow a preventable surprise at the client deadline.
Distinguish drafts, reviews, finals, and archives. Never send unapproved work to a client.
Invoice only authorized work with the right project, business purpose, and supporting information.
Return or appropriately delete project materials and revoke access at the end of engagement.
Vendor Handbook v1.0 is a draft. Official obligations remain governed by executed agreements and approved policies.
