1. Who we are
Konquered Ventures, LLC (“Konquered,” “we,” “us”) delivers systems-performance software, advisory, and education. We design for minimum data, encrypted processing, zero-retention of customer source data where feasible, and HIPAA-aligned controls when we act as a Business Associate.
2. What we collect
- Account & identity: name, email, role, organization, plan, SSO identifiers (e.g., Firebase Auth, Google/Microsoft), audit logs.
- Operational data you provide: forms, uploads, configuration files, prompts/inputs to our tools, votes/polls, and metadata (client ID, user ID).
- Telemetry & device data: IP address, user-agent, device and browser info, coarse location from IP, performance metrics, cookies/SDK event logs.
- Payments/billing: handled by Stripe (we receive tokens, status, and last-4 metadata—not full card numbers).
- PHI/regulated data: only where our contract explicitly covers it (e.g., a BAA). You must mark such use and route it through approved endpoints.
3. Sources
You and your administrators, your integrated services (Google Workspace/Drive, Calendar, Sheets/Apps Script, SSO providers), and our service providers (auth, payments, analytics).
4. How we use data
- Provide & secure services: authentication, license checks, content gating, fraud prevention, incident detection, and support.
- Performance & reliability: debugging, load management, product analytics (aggregate/de-identified where possible).
- Communications: transactional emails, service notices, security alerts; marketing only with lawful basis/consent.
- Compliance: audit trails (_Meta_Log), legal requests, regulatory reporting.
No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies (login/session, rate-limit), functional cookies (preferences), and limited analytics. Configure your browser to block cookies; some features may break.
6. Sharing & disclosures
Vendors/Processors: cloud hosting (Google Cloud), auth (Firebase/Google/Microsoft), payments (Stripe), email delivery, logging/monitoring—bound by DPAs and confidentiality.
Enterprise admins may see member activity consistent with your plan and settings. We may disclose information as required by law or during change of control events with notice and protections.
7. International transfers
We primarily process in the United States. Where applicable (e.g., EEA/UK users), we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (SCCs) and technical safeguards.
8. Retention
Operational logs: 12–24 months unless longer required. Zero-retention modes mean source inputs aren’t stored beyond transient processing. Account data retained while active and for reasonable periods post-termination for audit and compliance.
9. Your rights

10. Security overview
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (GCP KMS-backed), least-privilege IAM, SSO, strong audit trails, and privacy-by-design engineering (see Security Statement).
11. Children
Our services are for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).
