Create the universal key for everything: baseSlug (nike) + stage slug (pro-nike or client-nike) + Client ID + Session/Room + Board IDs. Nothing moves without identity.

(1) client email, (2) clean proposal HTML (PDF-ready), (3) internal ops note.
Uses stageSlug and baseSlug to name everything consistently.
