Orientation completion does not replace daily operating expectations.
Employees must continue using /crew for time, leave, call-outs, weekly reports, deadline escalation,
HR routing, project updates, access requests, and security incident reporting. The certificate confirms
orientation completion; the operating system still governs the work.
